Description
This 90-minute session will provide a hands-on overview of how to utilize the Responder Enterprise application to create staff assignments for the patient call system. Participants will also receive a review of the upgraded converge device (previously referred to as workflow terminal) found in in-patient rooms.
Target Audience
All staff who enter assignments for the patient call system (including but not limited to: MSAs, charge nurses, unit leadership)
