Description
Behavioral Based Interviewing (BBI). BBI is a validated method of interviewing candidates for employment. By learning and engaging BBI, hiring officials can gain insight into each candidate’s skills and behaviors in specific situations and improve hiring processes and outcomes.
Target Audience
Selecting Officials and unit leadership regularly involved in conducting interviews. Administrative staff also.
