Description
In this two hour in-person training you will learn about Behavioral Based Interviewing (BBI) - a validated method of interviewing candidates for employment. By learning and engaging BBI, hiring officials can gain insight into each candidate’s skills and behaviors in specific situations and improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Nursing Department leadership staff as well as Clinical Managers and Clinical Educators
