Class Information for Orders Reconciliation Manager (ORM) Super User Training
Description
This is an in-person Train the Trainer course for the Orders Reconciliation Manager (ORM) process. This course provides an opportunity for hands-on practice for all designated Super User trainers.
Target Audience
Each unit should identify at least one unit Super User Trainer to attend the training.
Course Objectives
This course will provide a comprehensive introduction to the new ORM Process with an opportunity for hands-on practice to share with their unit peers upon completion of the training.
