For CCND Nurse Managers and Clinical Managers only. Prerequisite for sessions: Review of the HHS Reimagine PMAP Refresher Training Power Point Slides. These small group sessions will provide an opportunity to review the HHS Reimagine PMAP refresher materials with a CC Employee Relations Specialist. The intent of the session is to clarify the performance documentation process, reinforce critical concepts and ultimately enhance skills related to providing feedback.
