Explain content, pattern, and relationship as it pertains to crucial conversations. 4. List the nine Crucial Conversations lessons 5. Discuss how to create mutual purpose. 6. Apply and teach others to employ the techniques of: 1) AMPP, 2) STATE, 3) Look to Learn, and 4) CRIB
